My focus of treatment is a Cognitive Behavioral and psychodynamic approach in therapy sessions. I also like to integrate other techniques such as EMDR known as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, and Gentle Reprocessing. These therapies are connected to bilateral stimulation and help people get "unstuck" with negative belief patterns and relieve distressing memories. It can also be described as guided imagery. These techniques can be used for any issue such as a trauma, anxiety, phobia, and even negative thoughts about self.

My practice utilizes Mindfulness techniques to practice meditation and calm negative and unwanted thoughts and Emotional Freedom Techniques, EFT, and tapping. EFT can be described as a mind- body treatment that desensitizes unwanted thoughts, emotions, and physical reactions. These combined or on its own assist in freeing up the mind for spontaneous insights and clearer thinking.
